Hanami 2017

EN: Hanami season has started. Although I actually did one hanami post earlier this year, since I was lucky enough to visit Kawazu and its famous cherry blossom festival, the festive period has finally moved to Tokyo as well. This year I will not have that much time to cycle around Tokyo and take photos in various parks and locations, since I am employed (before I was a language school student with a bit more flexibility), but I had a day off today, so I marched to Shinjuku Gyoen. It is virtually just behind the corner from my flat, so it was not a big deal and although the line for the tickets was really long, it was definitely worth it. The weather got more English later on in the afternoon, so I was really lucky. I will try to add more later on this week, probably some evening shoot with a tripod in Meguro and on Sunday I am flying to Honolulu, so there will be more “global” posts appearing over here.
