EN: Well, it is done, I am back in Tokyo. The above picture was taken few hours ago from the observatory of Tokyo Metropolitan Building, after I wasted my time in Yodobashi, where they were out of stock of something, that their website claims is in stock.
Never mind though. I will make a first step in flat hunt tomorrow, visiting the realtor company Agharta. I will see what properties are listed and they will see, if they will actually rent me anything, since the rental conditions over here are rather mental in some aspects. I believe it will be “fun”. Very expensive fun, that is. But hey – I knew what I was getting into, so I am mentally prepared. I hope.
SK: Takže som späť v Tokiu, tento krát to bude nadlho. Na asi jeden a pol roka. Fotku vyššie som spravil dnes z vyhliadkovej terasy Tokyo Metropolitan Building po tom, čo som mrhal časom v obchode Yodobashi, v ktorom nemali na sklade to, čo podľa ich vlastného webu na sklade mať mali.
Nevadí, zajtra spravím prvý krok v hľadaní nového bytu cez agentúru Agharta, no viem, že to nebude nič ľahké. Podmienky prenájmu pre ľudí zo zahraničia sú tu relatívne náročné a vlastníci nehnuteľností požadujú kadečo, no vedel som, do čoho idem, takže som na to pripravený. Najviac to bude bolieť finančne, ale s tým som sa už zmieril. Predpokladané mesačné nájomné bude asi 900 eur, takže žiadna radosť.
